Rates and Charges
The HMUA adopted new Charges and Fees at a Public Hearing held April 11, 2006. The Miscellaneous Fees & Charges and the New Service & Inspection Fees are effective immediately. The Water, Sewer and Fire Service Charges are effective with the May 1, 2006 Billing. Prior to this increase the HMUA had not increased Water and Sewer charges since 1995 and also adopted rate decreases in 1999 and 2002. The Diamond Hill Differential Rate was adopted effective with the May 1, 2007 Billing.
