How to Contact UsYou can reach the HMUA in several ways. You can contact us by phone (852-3622) or in person at our Business Office at 424 Hurley Drive, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Voice-Mail is also available after hours for Non-Emergency service requests. Please address all mail to P.O. Box 450. You can also contact the HMUA by E-Mail at custserv@hmua.com or by using the Request For Service / Comment Form. We will respond to your request or communication as quickly as possible. In the event of an After Hours, Weekend or Holiday Emergency, please call (908) 246-9520 and indicate whether the emergency is a water or sewer related problem. This will assist the dispatcher in contacting the appropriate HMUA personnel to respond to your emergency in a timely manner. HMUA personnel are on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to respond to any emergency situation.
